Work Package 4 – Modeling Tools and Services
This work package focuses on the tool support required to effectively use the UMPSHA and will create an extendable tookit based on the Eclipse framework containing tools for business requirements modeling and for each of the metamodel extensions to the UPMSHA. This work will reuse existing work in the Web Service Modeling Toolkit (WSMT).
Objectives
The objectives of this work package are:
- to define an extendable architecture for the SHAPE MDE toolset
- to develop tools for business requirements modelling
- to develop prototype tool to gather and store SOA relevant information contained in enterprise models and propose corresponding SOA elements
- to develop modelling tools and services for graphical definition of UPMSHA models
- reuse and extension of the Eclipse-based WSMT framework for handling UPMSAHA models
- to establish traceability between the different models for subsequent analysis
