Work Package 5 – Model Transformations and Deployment
This work package defines a framework for transforming models that will allow the transformation of the UPMSHA models to the underlying target platforms, e.g Web services, Peer 2 Peer, Agents, Grid services. This work package will also look at mechanism for transforming SOA extended ARIS models to the UPMSHA.
Objectives
The objectives of this work package are:
- to define an architecture for model transformation for SHAPE
- to develop model transformations from CIM related business requirements to UPMSHA
- to develop concept and tool for semi-automatic transformation of SOA extended ARIS models to UPMSHA
- to develop concept and tool for correlating technical models to CIM level models
- to develop model transformations from UPMSHA to the defined target platforms like WS, agents or P2P systems.
- provide a mechanism to deploy SOA descriptions on different execution platforms.
- as performance indicator serves how far developed model transformations generate executable code.
- provide transformations and extensions to WSMX such that WSMX can be used as a platform for UPMSHA service discovery, mediation, composition, and invocation.
